How to fill out a PDF form

To fill out a PDF form, open the Fill Forms tool and add your file — PDFER detects the interactive fields so you can type into them, then download the completed form. It all runs in your browser, so a form with personal details is never uploaded.

Fill, then flatten

Type into the detected text fields and toggle checkboxes. Flattening bakes your answers into the page so they can't be changed and display everywhere — do this before sharing the final form.

No form fields?

If the PDF has no interactive fields, use Edit PDF to type text anywhere on the page, or Sign PDF to add a signature.
