How to add a watermark to a PDF

To watermark a PDF, open the Add Watermark tool, add your file, type your text (like DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL), set the angle and opacity, and download. The watermark is drawn in your browser, with nothing uploaded.

Styling the watermark

Adjust the diagonal angle, font size, and opacity so the mark is visible without hiding the content. It's stamped on every page.

Headers, footers, and numbers

For repeating text at the top or bottom of each page, use Header & Footer. To number pages, use Add Page Numbers or Bates Numbering.

Yes. Opacity, angle, and size are all adjustable so the watermark stays legible without obscuring the text.
Is the watermark added to every page?
